Industrial / Commercial Epoxy

Our Industrial Epoxy system is one we worked on and developed over many years of research and jobsite testing. First, we start with a revolutionary product called Polygrout. Polygrout is a patented two-component hybrid polyurea/polyurethane designed for filling pores, pinholes, pitting, cracks, scratches, and gouges to enhance the appearance of concrete. It creates a permanent densification that does not break down like conventional inorganic densifiers.

A concrete densifier is a chemical hardener that penetrates the concrete surface and reacts with the material to form crystals. These crystals fill the pores and increase the surface density, significantly improving the concrete's resistance to wear, abrasion and chemical damage. Then we apply a thick coat of 2 component industrial grade epoxy 100% solids moisture vapor barrier. Then we apply a thick coat of industrial grade 100% solid epoxy color of your choice. At this point then we would add either a coat of industrial grade high wear urethane with anti-slip additive or 95% solid industrial grade polyaspartic which is the most scratch resistant, chemical resistant, UV resistant, abrasion resistant material on the market!
